Spear Fleur Cast Iron Ornamental Finial - Weld on

The product is exactly what i ordered. Im excited about getting it painted and put on my gate to finally get it hung. The only problem i had was i paid for shipping to he expected and delivered on the date and it neevr updated and was delivered 3 days later. I shoujdnt have to pay shipping if it cant be delviered on the date expected-
