Good bow, but ...
The Siege is a good bow for both hunting and bowfishing. Three things that SAS needs to address: 1. The bowstring has too many strands. A normal nock that fits properly on 16 strings is way too small for the bowstring; it was necessary to order a 16 strand replacement. Also, after numerous attempts, I was unable to get a response from SAS when I questioned how many strands the bowstring actually had. 2. The "manual" that accompanies the bow reads, "Draw weight will decrease approximately 3 lbs. per turn counterclockwise." The description on SAS's online listing of the bow shows 5 lbs per turn. 3. A better, more detailed and illustrated manual for assembling the bow is most definitely needed, especially for the cable guard and cable slide, but for all other parts as well.

Decent Bow for a kid
Decent now for a kid, quality is what you'd expect for the money, no instructions are included nor a link to any online. That said it comes near fully assembled. So far it seems worth the money.

It's good
I bought this bow after my old recurve snapped. It's been a bit of an adjustment moving from a 40lbs recurve to a 55lbs compound, but overall, I'm satisfied with the bow. The string could be of slightly better quality, and the grip on the riser a bit more comfortable, but for the price, its good
