No reply from customer service

Lots of pieces did not align well and could not fit in multiple sets. Repeated emails to customer service got no replies at all. Sent in a couple of unopened sets for a refund over a month ago and still have not received a refund.

Unimpressed and mostly annoyed

I finally got around to building this set. The design looked cute enough, but putting it together was a pain. Pieces were either too tight and difficult to put on (even ended up cutting my thumb trying to push a piece on) or popped off if you looked at the build wrong. I'll have to end up gluing some of the pieces because they keep falling off. Some pieces also had some weird yellow gunk. Overall, pretty disappointed. I won't be buying a Brick Look brand set again.
