USPS said they had delicered my order and handed it to an "individual" while I wasnt home so I messaged ninety-nine and they were incredibley helpful and sweet they offered to replace them. I did however end up finding them with a neighbor. So I give them 5 stars most companys wont fix a mistake if its the fault of the mail carrier! ☺️🤩
