Wholly Bare - Hair Removal Mousse

Was sent the wrong product and then was informed can only receive the 100% refund if i paid to have product sent back to facility in China. Since that would cost more than the refund i took the 30% and kept the usless product. It has been about 3 weeks and no refund credited. But they did just charge my card $99.98 for product i didnt authorize and was not signed up for Auto-Refill. Now dealing with my bank for fraud and trying to get my money back. Do not recommend.

This product is completely fraudulent. I would give zero stars if possible. This goes on as a spray, it is not mousse. It smells bad and does not work. Also it creates a subscription I did not authorize. It is then next to impossible to cancel.

It's smells awful and i thought it was a cream or mousse. Both my bottles came out as liquid which makes it unuseable. I don't know if i received defective products but i will be reaching out for a refund.
