We've teamed up with Danny Smiles, celebrated Montreal chef behind Double's and the recently opened Le Violon, to create Le Seltzer Amaro. Amaro, which simply means "bitter" in Italian, is known for its unique and robust combination of herbaceous bitterness, orange zest and quinine. It has long been a staple of aperitivo culture in Italy.
