The bracelet is so pretty. My daughter was over the moon. The shop owner took time to help me curate the perfect pieces for the bracelet. There was a small issue with one charm, but it was quickly and fully replaced at no expense to me. The product is great quality- at a great price point, and the shop owner is a joy. The best customer service I’ve received ever!!
