We've had this bidet for about 8 months, and unfortunately I'm pretty disappointed. We've used this brand's toilets in several homes and have always had great luck, so I had high expectations. We've installed and used several bidet brands, and this one falls short in a few key areas. The water pressure is very strong regardless of the setting, with limited adjustment. The lid often doesn't open when you walk up, and the auto-flush feature frequently fails to activate. It does work, but the quality and functionality aren't what I expected for the price and reputation. Giving it 3 stars because of these performance issues.

Horow has got it down! The product transforms your bathroom - it simply looks amazing. But that is just the start. The smart features are well thought-out and work great. There is not 1 thing I would change with the product, but there is 1 small FYI for those purchasing. We had the privlidge of having electricians run an outlet to each toilet (4) hidden with the walls, so that it looks sleek and professional. Great job Horow, keep it up.

I ordered two of these black T36 smart toilets. I had to return one for another toilet.(My husband wanted a different toilet for his bathroom.) Horow was WONDERFUL to work with. They helped me get me my toilet swapped out and payed for shipping. Their customer service is superb!!
