Great product, even greater customer support

The parcel with my piercing hoop arrived on time and the quality of the hoop is great, the clicker closes seamlessly and everything feels very high-quality. Unfortunately, I ordered a wrong size and therefore contacted customer support. They were extraordinarily friendly and helpful and even though it was not possible to return the piercing (due to hygiene and as pointed out on the product website) I was granted a partial refund as well as a discount for my next order. I am very happy with this generous solution.
