Good food, long wait

Foxtail staff were very nice and our drinks were good, and our food was good, if messily packed. We are at the store by the convention center and they seemed taken by surprise by a crowd. Muffins were out, and we waited 40 minutes for our order. Not sure why-they must have conferences fairly often and I assume can plan for it? We won’t return during this conference due to the lines, likely, but would try Foxtail again if we get back to Grand Rapids another time.

Amazing customer service!

Every morning I get my coffee I’m greeted with smiles and a “how’s your morning.” Every. Single. Time. The baristas appear to enjoy their job and are happy and coffee quality is consistent. I can’t say enough great things about the downtown orlando foxtail location!

Love having Foxtail Coffee right downstairs! The staff is always so nice and welcoming, and the coffee has been great. Such a nice addition to The Quay!
