I use this on the really long days I have at work. It helps me to keep up energy whilst also helping my body stay hydrated. Nice flavour too, not too sweet.

Actually remembering to take this!

I dont mind the flavour - i thought it might be a tad stronger on the flavour front. Loving that i dont have to stack separate powders now, so I won't be forgetting to take my creatine anymore!
