Beautiful and Incredibly Helpful

Ordered a diorama recently for my wedding anniversary and the first unfortunately arrived a little damaged (the tree had fallen off) which understandably happens during shipping - Reached out to Wilson and he was incredibly helpful and kind, and issued a new one very quickly and double checked the materials to make sure it would be sturdier and shipped in time (checking in with me at all stages to make sure I was okay with it). There's clearly so much love that goes into these products and they genuinely are so lovely - could not recommend it more 💓
