Saddle leather is secured to the tree with drywall screws. The leather which is tacked to the cantle is not cut symmetrically on both sides, leaving a large gap on one side, but not the other. Saddle strings are only looped through the leather and not attached properly, through the tree. One flank billet is considerably thicker and constructed differently than the other. I’m very disappointed in this saddle.
