$12.99 for a box that would normally cost $5.00 Purchasing from this company has been the worst experience ever!!! My order came after the expected shipping time and was too late for me to present the plaque at an event. By the time it came it was the wrong size and I didn’t need it anyway. So far it has taken 17 emails between me and the company to receive a refund. I have now received a partial refund and have spent too much time and money on this issue. At this point I plan on sharing my experience on the company’s social media posts to warn others. I wish I googled the reviews before purchasing because I would have never ordered if I had done so. Google reviews are very similar to mine and there are many complaints sent to the BBB. It is horrible for a company to have Jesus in their name and treat consumers with so little integrity!
