was excited to support this company (and not order from Amazon) but unfortunately several of these items broke within the first few minutes of use. on the first one the metal loop holding the top hook snapped off as i was attaching the flag. on the next one the whole top half of the pole detached in my hands as i was extending it. havent tried the others yet but definitely disappointed by this purchase and now scrambling for a last minute alternative :(
