Pretty, But...

This is a pretty bracelet. I wanted the Supreme Kismet Links Rose Gold bracelet in White, but was told by the Call Center Rep that it is no longer being made. So, I settled for the pink. It's a good second choice, but still disappointed that I wasn't able to buy the one I really wanted at the sale price. I could tell that the Call Center Rep had no knowledge of the product and that he was lying to me when he said I'd be notified if the Supreme Kismet Links Rose Gold White Deluxe bracelet becomes available. He said he was typing my request into my profile, but he was no longer typing when I made the request. He just wanted to get off of the phone to help the next customer. Made me feel invisible and unimportant as a customer.
