Pyrate Freckle

It is a beautiful cone 6 clay.

One of my all time favorite clays to work with, from my favorite store!

This is a new clay for me and I found the density and moisture to be perfect for both throwing and handbuilding. Like all new clay, you need to get used to each other before making something precious. I like that the fired bottoms have the added interest of the speckles. That adds a lot of charm to any piece.
