Replacement coffee maker

I have only had this replacement coffee maker for a few days. It seems to brew as described. The original one stopped working in the first thirty days and was replaced under warranty. Customer service is slow to respond and I was without coffee for nearly 2 weeks before receiving this replacement.

I am enjoying my Bonavita Connoisseur 8-Cup Drip Coffee Brewer every morning! Each cup tastes fresh. The Thermal Carafe keeps the coffee hot noticeably longer than my previous thermal carafe and it is easier to wash.

My first 8 cup Bonavita served for nearly 15 years. I knew there was no better maker so I ordered a new one right away. Now I have a spare carafe.
