This product is amazing! As someone with Alpha-Gal syndrome (AGS), I can't have any mammalian meats or byproduct. I'd been craving some "real" ham, and this particular brand was highly recommended. Unfortunately, it's not sold locally. I was delighted to learn that the Diestel Pecan Smoked Uncured Turkey Ham was now being sold online! It's absolutely delicious, and you'd never know it was made with turkey! My husband also loves it. Now we can have all of those foods that include ham in them!
