Good alternative to blood draw

First-time user, mostly good experience. Could have used a little more info up front regarding pre-test prep. Specifically regarding requirement/recommendation to drink plenty of water prior to taking sample, and re the need for getting a sufficient number of blood drops onto the collection card within a short timeframe. I received my results 11 days after mailing the sample (mailed on a Friday morning).
