Margaret's Hand-Tuned Rain Drum

I bought two thinking I'd give one to my daughter or a friend. I have tried both, one had no sound in the rain, the other I hear just one note, and every now and then I barely hear just tinny sounds. Very disappointed. We currently have a downpour and it is sitting in the open near my door and my husband and I could only hear a note barely. Feel completely ripped off. Was so looking forward to hearing beautiful notes coming from it.

You are intentionally misleading people when you sell this as a rain drum. The instruction booklet that came in the box clearly stated to not leave this instrument exposed to sunlight and water because of the metals and alloys with which it is made. This is very clearly a small novelty percussion instrument. It even comes with a small mallet in the box. It seems like you are trying to pass this off as something it is not. I bought these as presents and now I don't feel comfortable giving them as planned. Thank you for being dishonest. I will never purchase from you again. If I could give negative stars then I would.

This is not handmade and hand tuned by “Margaret”. It shipped from China. It is poorly tuned and one of the notes does not make a clear sound. I was going to start a return but it has to be sent back to China and only after receiving it, will they determine if I’m eligible for a refund. What a joke. I would never buy from this seller again. Steer clear and save your money!
