Puppy time was great. Parking was terrible. Mats had no padding. If staff could hand puppies more to customers and take photos with their phones that would make the experience better. Also always add more dogs!!

This experience is not what it appears to be on their social media. When you check their Instagram, you see lots of puppies, but the reality is there are only about 4-5 dogs per class with 28-30 people, which makes the interactions very, very brief. Additionally, at the end, they offered warm “bubbly drinks”, and the overall service wasn’t great. The only positive I can mention is that the instructor was friendly and the class was beginner-level and focused on stretching, suitable for all experience levels. The facilities also look much better in photos than in person. Overall, it was a disappointing experience considering the price and the expectations created by their social media.
