The unit came with a damaged corner. We needed the podium for an event right away so put it together and used it. I then contacted customer service and they were quick to reply and send a replacement. Best customer service I've seen in a long time.

The lectern arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. The built-in speakers are loud and clear, and the battery lasted the entire event. The battery's charging cord arrived cracked and broke apart the first time we used it, but we were able to easily fix it with some electrical tape and it is still working as it should. Would definitely order again!
