Product and service failed customer

After i contacted customer service to pick the correct part and provided model and sn. Got an email that the starter coil cant be replace thats not what i ask for. My pictured and writing referred clearly to the spark coil. Appearently the answering person struggles to read english. I ordered myself without any help the requested part which arrived defect. $40 SPEND for a defect spark coil my judgement having purchased 2 badger products over the last year this will be the last and i will update my amazon review to make others aware that the products fail quickly and customer support is unwilling to help even when i offered to pay for a replacement part.

Order came early, parts packaged well, ignition coil and spark plug work as they should, just wish coil was sold on Amazon as some other Wild Badger parts are, thanks for quick service.

Will buy again if need

Recive ahead of time. Work well. No reason not to buy again if needed.
