Wild Badger Power 40 Volt 18-inch Lawn Mower Blade

Somewhat disappointed with the service & response time for answers from both Fed Ex & Wild Badger Power - Fed Ex lost the shipment & Wild Badger was slow in acknowledging there was a problem to be solved - I like Wild Badger's lawnmower but this is 2nd issue with products - 1st issue was a defective 40V battery that came with mower & took time to be resolved - Nice people but they need to better their response time & problem solving for the customers.

This is a very dependable lawn mower and extra blades were purchased for replacement in time. Blades are good quality.
