Microcrystal™ Serum PM Duo

Mine says Koec not Lumera. No instructions… Do I use them together? One before the other? What’s the deal? Doesn’t matter at this point it’s not what I paid for and it doesn’t work. Other micro needling products like Dr Melaxin feel prickly when it activates. This feels like cheap lotion. How do I get a refund? You can have it back if you would like to pay the return shipping.

This is not the original product they are using the lumera name but bottles shows other name btw doesn’t come with intructions of how should be using it iam very disappointed of how shop app approved fake products as well .
