Confusing gift card redemption

I’m not sure if it was in the small print, but my grandchildren built their bears and then their mother was surprised to find out that she couldn’t use the gift card in store, but rather had to go through a tedious process of ordering in store pickup for all the items chosen by the kids. Wouldn’t have bothered ordering a gift card if I knew this was the case.

Gift voucher took too long to create. Frustrating that a digital voucher cannot be made as soon as payment is processed.
