First and foremost, this handheld fan did not hold up to my expectations. Compared to other fans it is no different. The only difference is it has a cooling center. And since I was not satisfied with the product, unlike what they say if you return it within the 30 day window, they will give you a full refund absolutely fraudulent. I have only had it three days replied to the email asking for a refund and responded back to me saying at this time, they are overwhelmed with supply orders and could not refund my money. That is a complete oxymoron. I highly advise not to purchase this product.-100%👎🏼

I didn't received a Coolhill fan as advertised. The fan gets little cool in the middle, but as soon as it touches your skin that little coolness goes away. Also yo can't hardly feel the air that blows. So this store is scamming people left and right by steeling advertisement and sending cheap made merchandise.

Im very unsatifide is is not at all what you all rave about! The air that it blows out is so slow and its supposed to be very fast and cold according to what you promote on your video. I want my money back! Im very disappointed!
