Ultraderm Day Cream - Normal Skin

When I got the cream, a part of had spilled out of the container. I reached out to the company, with pictures, and they said that it was probably from the plane pressure. I ask if I could return the package to receive one where the package did not open, but they said that I had to pay for the return since the outside of the package was not damaged only the inside.
