Texturizing Matte Hair Paste

Great hair paste for my thick, wavy hair. It holds steady and is easy to style with. Smells good too. Uses clean ingredients, which is always a major plus.

I've been using Layrite Natural Matte Cream for nearly a decade, so switching was not a decision I made lightly. I was specifically looking for something cleaner and this is it. You do need to use a bit more product than Layrite, but the tradeoff is absolutely worth it. This rinses out far more easily, and my hair never feels sticky or weighed down throughout the day. The hold and matte finish are exactly what I want. It's more expensive, but I genuinely don't care. When a product performs this well without all the added toxic junk, the small premium is a non-issue. Will absolutely continue to buy.
