Nice skirt, but doesn't fit well

Cute skirt, well made. I love New Creation skirts, but I can't seem to find one that fits properly. XL is too tight, but XXL is way too big. Not sure what the deal is but the last few times I've ordered, I had issues with finding a close fit.

This skirt is well made, but I'm not fond of the fabric. It looks like it has fuzz balls all over it. I have been satisfied with the skirts that I have previously purchased, but this one is disappointing.
