10 Pack - Potty Training Underwear

I followed instructions to wash 3 times in cold water. First day my daughter wore them she soaked through every pair she put on. I've been using them for a few weeks and she is still soaking through. They are no different than the local Walmarts training pants. I wish I had saved the money and just bought the $14 pack from Walmart for 8 pairs instead of over $100 for 20 pairs from upairy. I contacted the company about it and they deflected saying it's the child's fault because they believe she is peeing a larger amount than the average kid when she pees. They offered to send me their overnight inserts to help with them soaking through. That was a was August 30th. They were supposed to arrive September 4th, but I've yet to receive the shipment. I've also contacted the company again and have not heard back from them.

Love these underwear! My son isnpotty training and we have tried multiple kinds of underwear and these are by far my favorite! They hold well when there is an accident, they wash up nice and are soft. The designs are cute too!

These training pants worked exactly as described, best traing pants I have used. For context this is my third child. I wish I had these with all of my kids.
