Terra Grounding Throw Blanket

Love the blanket. Very soft and nice and large to cover completely while sleeping. Not real heavy so in the northern cold areas, I add a warm blanket on top. Only problem I had is that there is NO instructions on what to do or not do. I am wondering how much bare skin needs to be against the blanket to work at maximum levels.

I use it as a blanket. Helps sleep
