The brisket I received was nothing like what you had pictured. I took pictures of the meat before baking it. It had so much fat on it. Fat is good to keep moist, but this was overkill. I have always baked slow at 295 degrees / 20 mins. per pound. When I tried to cut... it was so tough. The texture was that of a rump roast that we use to make jerky. I sliced very thin. Still tough to chew. I am used to making a brisket that you can cut with a fork and then use the leftovers for a nice sandwich. Definitely cannot do that with this piece of meat. Sorry. Very disappointed. Mary

Beautiful brisket flat from MCBee meat company getting ready to go on the smoker. Very pleased with the meat and the service. I had a shipping issue that was addressed right away. Will definitely be order more meat from them in the future.

We served the brisket for Christmas Dinner. Placed it in the slow cooker and it was the best brisket dinner we have ever had.
The meat was fresh and shipping was awesome.
