Disappointed

Lovely ring; however the return policy is not transparent. The ring was advertised in a specific style that REQUIRED you specify the size, type of metal and whether lab created or natural diamond. After I received the ring I realized the size and setting was not what I wanted. I attempted to return the ring but was advised it was a custom order since I was REQUIRED TO CHOISE type of metal, ring size and natural or lab created diamond. The return would be subject to 30% RESTOCKING FEE.
