Boost Short 5"

Wearing Forme shorts helps me to start out the day using the best posture automatically. I feel taller and more balanced, with my pelvis in the correct position, wearing the shorts, and when I'm not wearing them, I am able to recall how my body should feel as I stand and walk and am able to make adjustments.

I love the new shorts. They are a little shorter and work perfectly under tennis skirts. They are higher waisted and don’t create a muffin top. Really great improvement to the product.

I probably shouldve sized down. They feel less supportive than the other short but its comfortable and feels more freeing/flexible.
