Chicken & Wild Rice Soup

Always our family’s favorite!

I have been looking for a recipe like this for chicken and wild rice soup because one of my favorite restaurants that used to make it -closed during Covid and this is almost identical to that soup. It’s our family’s favorite. My son works in the oil field and has found that making something quick and easy is the best thing to keep him healthy and warm in the cold weather and he loves this soup. quick and easy

this was a quick and easy supper on a cool night. I added 1 can of low sodium chicken broth and a can of chicken breast chunks. This stretched the meal and filled my hubby up. He thought it was salty but I thought it was ok and it could have been the broth I added.
