Didn’t arrive on time

I ordered 5he Mei crossbody for a trip to Tanzania. I wanted a small to midsize bag that could be both casual and stylish. I ordered it with 3 day expedited shipping on Monday, my flight was Saturday night. It didn’t leave the facility (3000 miles away) for 3 days, and it was shipped smartpost! Obviously, expedited shipping means nothing to this company. It arrived at some point while I was away. I do think it will be a nice addition to my travel wardrobe so I kept it, and will try it out next month.
