The sweatshirt is great. Not as big and loose as I thought it would be - but it’s nice and I like it. What I did not like was the terrible customer service and the time it took for delivery. I ordered on 8/2 and it came on 9/5 which was well over 12-15 business days. If you purchase from this business might I recommend TikTok shop. They seem to have a FAR better experience.

The sweatshirt itself is adorable. The shipping is why I only gave 4 stars. It took almost a full month to get it. Never any communication on why it was late even when I reached out. Glad it finally came, even tho very belated bday gift.
