I wish I could say it is delicious but I can’t. I’m trying it with different concoctions to find what makes it drinkable for me. I know it’s good for me so I’ll persevere. So far I can manage the flavour when mixed with my decaf and soy milk. Hoping for improved sleep to come.

It does work

At first sip, I thought it was disgusting. But somehow by the end of the cup, I was enjoying it, especially the lingering ginger and spice taste. I prefer to drink it as is or with a bit of cacao powder. Most importantly, I sleep better after drinking it.
