Shipping horrible

We purchased 2 ring with the option to receive the measuring thing first. We received it a week after and we confirm the same day the size. Then they confirmed the delivery information and it has been more than a week and we haven’t received the rings. We did the claim to support and they ask us to wait one week more and if no they will file a claim with USPS so more waiting and not concrete information.

I really like these rings. They look nice and they’re comfortable on your hand. And the customer service with this company is beyond compare :)
