We mostly have success with the program.
Sometimes it freezes... It won't allow my daughter to submit other times.
Just acts strange ... as things do online I suppose.
Also not thrilled about the AI teachers replacing the actual humans in the lessons.
If there was a better option we would definitely switch.

Would like more flexibility in the Activity planner, so that missed lessons / days can be brought forward and caught up. One of the fundamentals of home-schooling is it's flexibility, so if a child is sick, or needs some un-expected time off, you should be able to easily carry over any missed lessons / days. Right now I am having to do all of this manually and that takes time.

I've given the experience with learning a 4. There are a couple of issues we face that can probably be addressed. First you reference you can always go back and look or review something. However, trying to find that is a wee bit difficult. Could there be a library, by subject (English, Math, Science, W. Geography) and then by subject within that category so we don't have to guess which day he studied what. We try and save the "papers" which works out well but even finding the video on a subject is hard to find.
Second and this is most distressing. His score is significantly impacted when he has to "record" something to go with the assignment. We have no recording equipment. I've had him note this on all of those assignments but still his score has been reduced by up to 11 points because he didn't record what he wrote. I think that is extremely unfair.
