Tile showed up poorly pack with inconsistent tiles

Tile showed up poorly pack with some tiles that had a different color variation while other tile larger stones, then the micro pebbles that were on the majority of the tiles. — I called to return the tiles and have been told that I will receive a call back to process my return, but no one will follow up with me. I was hoping to use them again and assumed that this was just an issue, but due to the poor customer service fear that this will not be a reliable service for the future.
