Sea Green Pebble Tile

We emailed regarding this purchase, and also called and spoke to a lady that said someone would get back to us. We have had no response until this questionnaire. We are disappointed with the color of the stone, as it does not match the picture that we based our purchase decision on. The picture has multiple colors like tan or beige, off white, and almost black, along with different shades of green. What we received is almost entirely green. It is a very flat color not vibrant or more of a polished finish. We would like to either exchange it for a pattern more consistent with the picture you sent, or return it. Please let me know the return procedure.
