Smart Pet Door

Such a wonderful idea. Im a bit frustrated with it because i have the range set to “minimum” on both inside and outside, but, our dog will set this off within 3 feet of the door inside and will often need to stand with her nose on the door for 10-20 seconds before it opens for her from the outside. I would really think it better to be the opposite.

Cery good customer service, my door had a larger opening they provided a custom frame and returned medium to get the proper size. Thank you. Only issue its been less then a week the batteries need replacing on rhe one dog collar… hopefully the new battery coming today lasts longer thrn a week.
