It's really good with tacos

Such a great addition to the El Gallo line-up. Little twang, mild heat, and a nice cheese flavor not overpowering. Just had it on steak tacos last night and its a Winner!

My New Sauce

The flavor profile on this is something special. We had leftover steak, so we made fajitas tonight and topped them with this jalapeño queso. It complimented the fajita wonderfully. Just spicy enough to enjoy, but not too hot to overwhelm the fajitas. This will become a regular in my house, as well as their other salsas.
