Good but can be better

I ordered here last minute. They came through for me and I am very grateful. It transferred fine. I do not like that they left a random strip on the right side of the image. It was transferred to the shirt and I had to use vinyl removal. It would be nice if they took the extra step and remove that unnecessary line for their customers. Unfortunately, they can improve on their customer service side. They do not ever answer the phone. I called multiple times over 3 days and never received an answer. There was a man and a woman at the front desk when I arrived. When I asked if they have a working phone they sort of just looked and smiled. I explained I called multiple times and they never answered. No response. When i asked again" well do yall have a phone" the gentleman told me it doesnt stop ringing so i guess they just ignore it.

Never had a problem with any of my orders
