I have made many purchases through Rotor Riot in the past and spent a considerable amount of money over the years and haven’t had any issues up until now. I received the drone and there was immediately something wrong when trying to pair my radio master, anywhom I reached out several times trying to get customer support and cannot get a response back. I basically need the dump file to reflash the drone and I can’t even get an email or acknowledgement back. At this point I’d like to make a straight return or exchange but I can even do that because apparently there is no more customer support. I don’t understand at all.

The Drone doesn’t work

I have sent 2 emails because the drone does not work: 1) Does not bind 2) 1 of the motors does not work I only have received back automated emails, there is no way to speak to anyone there
