These lids are not what I expected

These lids are much chunkier than I expected them to be - I thought they would be the size of an average mason jar lid. The thread of all the lids in the pack I received is a bit off and the lids don't screw on well or provide a good seal. I'm disappointed but am trying them in a few different scenarios. I've just frozen some chicken stock in a glass mason jar using this lid and the lid seemed fine in the freezer.

Hi Kriben, these tops are not good. Initially they were very difficult to get onto the jars that I purchased from you. Now after a few weeks of use, one is nearly impossible. It is no longer round. Please will you send me some plastic tops without the timber to replace them. Also, they are not very user friendly as the diameter is too large for the average hand. They might be better on a narrow mouth if they did not warp. I have not had them in water apart from a little dip to rinse after use once or twice, literally to wash beetroot off. Thanks I hope you can fix tis as they do look good. Regards Elizabeth
