The whole system was fair in my opinion. The rear stirups need more padding for large dogs The elastic that the padding for the stirrups goes through should be stronger and of larger diameter. The plastic clips break and need to be metal. My GSD loved it, but I kept getting break downs because of cheap parts.

Fits well.
It was the perfect size for my 80 lb lab! The straps are cushioned and seem to be very comfortable.
